Our menu celebrates all seasons, different cultures and fresh foods. We believe the best tasting foods are grown ecologically and respectfully. We strive to make everything from scratch with the same love and care we show in selecting our ingredients. We believe in supporting sustainable agriculture as well as aquaculture. All of our meats are naturally raised. Our fish is wild caught. A large quantity of our produce is grown in the tri-state area, and we are proud to support as many local farmers as possible. We are members of Slow Food USA and the Chef’s Collaborative.
We are available to take catering orders Monday-Saturday from 8am-4pm. We will do our best to accommodate in the same day of the catering request. In order to serve you better, always order 24 hours in advance. Delivery service is available.
Due to the time involved in the preparation of the catering orders, we ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to the event. If you cancel your order on the same day, you will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 20% of your order.
